The Generic Management (NQF 4) qualification is a learning journey for new managers who need further support and guidance as they transition, while finding the balance between management and leadership.
This qualification lays the foundation for the development of management qualifications across various sectors and industries. It introduces key terms, rules, concepts, principles and practices of management that will enable learners to be informed managers in any occupation.
Additionally, it has also been developed to provide flexible access to life-long learning to current or prospective managers.
